You made sure I saw the property, before I left I was carrying a bag filled with info, you followed up with a phone call and email, (with a photo of me so curiosity is generated so I open the email!). You are quite thorough! However, I'm concerned about trying to do anything with the property right now. I told my partner I felt we should put it on the back burner, and attend to other real estate aspects which demand our immediate attention.
