Additional Information
This remote lot is located on the south part of the Petrof View Subdivision, close to Nuka Passage. This subdivision was built right in the middle of the park lands, and is the only privately held property in the area. You can get here by boat or float plane, or a regular small bush plane willing to land on the sandy beach. This is a very remote property, perfect for someone who wants to get away from modern living, and rough it! Gorgeous bay, mountains, glaciers, wildlife, and excellent deep-sea fishing nearby.

There are just a few folks that have built their summer cabins in the area. Currently, none of the residents live there year-round. You can get in during the winter months, but it is always dependent on weather and beach conditions.

I have had the opportunity to view the property, and I have posted many of the photos I took on the trip - along with a few - graciously donated by the friendly residents of the area.

I would be happy to give any buyer wishing to consider this property, the information necessary and options available to get out to this part of "wild Alaska"!

As I mentioned, some of the photos I have posted above have been generously offered by local residents of the area! Thank you! It is important to note that some of them are NOT photos of the actual parcel, but of the surrounding area, the subdivision, glacier lake and beach.
