Answer: B. Salmon

Answer: B. Salmon

From coho, king salmon to sockeye, these fish return to Alaska’s coastal waters each year and are a familiar sight for both locals and visitors exploring the bay.

The waters surrounding Seldovia are rich with marine life, and salmon play a huge role in the ecosystem here. Alongside fishing boats and harbor views, it’s common to spot bald eagles soaring overhead, sea otters drifting nearby, and even whales passing through Kachemak Bay during the season.
