This 2600+ square foot home located above Inside Beach has new owners! Such a wonderful locale, I'm so pleased for this family! Tough, that we have to say goodbye to friends moving away (that is always the hard part of the job) but it is great to see a family that will be living full-time in Seldovia and a part of our community!
