On October 24, 2025, in Anchorage, these two sweethearts said “I do” surrounded by laughter, love, and maybe a few happy tears. Parker’s mom, Lori, and a close family friend Judy who made the trip up from Florida, while Ronnie’s Alaska crew turned the day into one big bear-hug celebration.
Sure, they’re young but here’s the fun part: they’ve already shared nearly 20 years of adventures, ferry rides, inside jokes, and sunsets. The same two kids who once traded goldfish crackers while waiting for the Tustumena ferry to Seldovia (at the grand old age of four!) just promised FOREVER to each other. That’s not just a romance that’s a homegrown Seldovia sprouted love story!
After the vows, they escaped to Talkeetna for a honeymoon among the mountains and moose. Now they’re back, sleeves rolled up and hearts full, ready to soar together at True North Air, building the friendliest passenger and freight service in Alaska’s skies, with a special soft spot for our hometown of Seldovia.
So raise your mug of cocoa (or something a little more sparkly!) and help us cheer for Ronnie & Parker on this exciting new flight of life together!
May your skies stay clear, your flights smooth, and your love always louder than any airplane engine!
With big smiles and confetti,
Jenny & Sonny Chissus
