Yes, I take lots of photos in my business! I love visiting a property to take photos that will capture the beauty of the area, the personality of the home or the charm of the landscaping... but I miss things! I am not there when the rainbow ends on your beachfront, or the sunset is magenta and glowing or when the light hits the water so that your beach view is covered in diamond sparkles, or the beauty of the summer abundant flower or vegetable garden when I'm listing the property in November! So I absolutely LOVE IT, when Sellers, who live in their homes and have years of great photos can share some of them with me to share with you, It is nice to see different seasons as it brings out the dimensions of the landscape, lighting and foliage (or lack of during a snowy winter like this past winter). So, if you are working with me to list your property, dig around on your phone or computer and scout out some of those rare and gorgeous moments that showcase your property in a personal way.
